Life rafts must be shipped to a Commercial Address
Life rafts are considered "Hazardous Materials" by Surface & Air Carriers
Shipping rates are determined upon placement of order.
Return Policy
1) No returns are to be made without prior approval
2) A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number must be obtained and referenced on all paperwork and marked on the outside of the shipping container.
3) It is the Receivers responsibility to thoroughly inspect the contents of the shipment before signing for the goods
4) There is a 25% re-stocking charge on all returned goods
