  3. Is my financial information safe?

    Your personal information is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.  SSL is the code standard for Internet commerce.  As well, we do not keep your credit card information on file.

    Yes!

  5. How can I find out shipping rates before paying?

    Shipping rates are generally based on weight and destination.  To see shipping rates before paying, add the desired products to your cart, then go to your shopping cart page and click the "shipping rates" button under the product images.

  6. Do you accept international orders?

    For international shipments, we offer UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping and Bongo, a third party that handles shipping outside the States.  You can create a Bongo account at the shipping page during the checkout process, or on our international shipping page.

    For international customers having difficulty paying with a credit card, please try using PayPal or Google Checkout.

  7. Once I place an order, how long until it is shipped?

    We strive to ship all orders within a 24 hour working day time frame.  If your some reason there is a delay, will contact you immediately.

    We ship all packages via UPS.

  9. Do I receive confirmation of placing my order?

    Yes.  We will send you an immediate confirmation of your order and you will receive an email including your package tracking number and a link to real-time tracking once your order has been shipped.

    Yes, you need to submit a team roster and you are eligible for the College discount.

    We still accept team orders for products, including special orders when necessary, and can recommend vendors for your embroidery and screen printing needs.
