Return Policy
Our goal is customer satisfaction.
If you need to return or exchange an item,
please contact us within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization code.
Make sure your name, address, phone number and e-mail are provided along with the reason for your return/exchange.
For credit
card refund, please provide us with your credit card information at
the time of return.
For exchanges, please note the item(s) that you would like to receive, including color and size options.
Please provide us with your credit card information for any price differences and new shipping charges.
Important Notes
- Return and exchange merchandise must be in new and original condition and packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s expense (excluding defective products).
- Sale items and returns outside of 30 days may be assessed a restocking fee and/or refunded for store credit only.
- Ensure the return authorization code is clearly visible on the outside of the package or in the shipping address.
