Quantum's Viper 640 Jib is made using the same process that has help our Melges 20, Melges 24, and all Grand Prix Projects win. Because of the Viper Class rules we use Polyester Threads (same type of fiber Dacron is made from) with the Fusion Mx process. Over the past 4 years we have made many changes and are now on our 7th generation of sails!
