NEMA Interface
Micronet NMEA Interface
Allows a Micronet
system to communicate with other manufacturer's NMEA instruments. This
includes GPS systems, autopilots, chartplotters and PC interfacing. Data
from these instruments is then transmitted to the mn100 Micronet Displays
by wireless link.
The Hull Transmitter should be
mounted in a dry area of the boat to protect the cables and connectors
from corrosion. For optimum performance and long term operation it
is advisable to connect to the vessels 12/24Vdc supply rather than relying
on small power cells.
